Know Before You Go for Alhambra Tickets
- All guests must present ID proof at arrival.
- Foreign nationals must provide passport details at check-in.
- Large bags or luggage are not permitted onboard.
- Passengers are not allowed to sit on the carriage sill between Lakeside and Gembrook stations.
- Assistance dogs are welcome but must be restrained by a harness or leash.
- Restrooms and parenting rooms are available at all stations.
- Journeys from Belgrave to Gembrook and Lakeside to Gembrook operate Friday through Sunday.
- The railway runs daily, except on Christmas Day.
- Visitors must check in at the booking office 60 minutes before departure.
- The check-in desk closes 30 minutes before the train departs.
- Arrive at the boarding station at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The train departs on time and cannot be delayed.
