- Time slots may vary slightly; a new time slot will be allocated within a 30-minute window before or after your original selection.
- Due to construction work at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, the tour route will be temporarily disrupted.
- Visits to the changing rooms, VIP box, mixed zone, and press room will be unavailable.
- Drones are strictly prohibited; guests with drones will be denied entry.
- Scheduling and routes are subject to change without prior notice.
- Please arrive on time; entry is not guaranteed for late arrivals.
- For security reasons, storage facilities for luggage, pushchairs, and buggies are not available.
- The tour involves climbing stairs and escalators, so luggage, pushchairs, strollers, and wheelchairs are not recommended.
- Please follow the instructions and routes provided by the Club staff.
- On match days, the tour is available until 5 hours before kick-off.
- The panoramic view will be unavailable from 5:30 pm on September 13th.

▶- Cancellations made 1 day or more before the travel date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made within 1 day of the travel date will also incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking cost.
- In cases of unforeseen weather, union issues, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable circumstances, certain trips or activities may be canceled. If cancellations occur due to such reasons, alternate feasible options will be provided, but a cash refund will not be available.
