Know Before You Go for Alhambra Tickets
- All foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details upon arrival.
- ID proof is mandatory for all visitors.
- Maximum capacity per gondola: 6 adults and 2 children, regardless of size.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 12 or older).
- A premium venue for functions or events, located at the base of the Wheel.
- Underground car park at South Bank offers 800+ spaces, including 8 disabled bays. Accessible via lifts and stairs from both north and south entrances. Location: Little Stanley Street, with entry via Tribune or Glenelg Street.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
- Umbrellas, prams, and large bags are prohibited (storage available on the platform).
- Pets and animals are not allowed, but assistance dogs are welcome.
- Gondolas must not be swung during the ride (also affects photo quality).
- Management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Family tickets allow free entry for 2 children when accompanied by 2 adults.

▶- If cancellation is made 1 day before the date of travel, the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- If cancellation is made within 1 day before the date of travel, the total booking cost will also be charged as a cancellation fee.
- In cases of unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, union issues, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events, trips or activities may be cancelled. Feasible alternatives will be offered, but cash refunds are not available.
