Know Before You Go for Alhambra Tickets
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest upon arrival.
- Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details upon arrival.
- It’s advised to wear enclosed footwear during the activity, and shoes must be worn throughout the venue.
- Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the Touch Pool.
- Visitors are permitted to place their hands only in the dedicated Touch Pool (located outside next to the Cafe). Follow the directions of Touch Pool attendants and handle the marine life gently and respectfully.
- Commercial and unauthorized video filming or photography is not allowed. Any recordings for commercial use require express permission from AQWA.
- The aquarium is wheelchair accessible, but the boat is not.
- No pets are allowed inside the aquarium.
- AQWA reserves the right to refuse entry or remove patrons not adhering to the guidelines.

- Cancellations made within 1 day of the travel date will also incur the total booking cost as a cancellation fee.
