Know Before You Go for Alhambra Tickets
- Carry a valid ID proof, as Ski Dubai reserves the right to request proof of age.
- Ski/Snowboard equipment, including jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets, will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
- To ride the Snow Bullet Ride, children must be above 8 years of age, 125 cm in height, and weigh more than 30 kg. Adults must weigh no more than 120 kg.
- Slope access is available for experienced skiers/snowboarders only.
- Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Hours: Friday-Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 AM, Sunday-Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Thursday-Saturday: 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM).
- Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
- Ski Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if no slots are available. Guests will be requested to reschedule their visit.
- Some rides and features may have height and weight restrictions.

Ski Dubai Tickets Cancellation Policy
▶- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made 1 to 30 days before the travel date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
- In cases of unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, union issues, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events, trips or activities may be cancelled. Feasible alternatives will be offered, but cash refunds are not available.
