Know Before You Go for Alhambra Tickets
- No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the theme park.
- Disabled guests must enter with a full-priced day ticket and provide proof of disability. One helper can enter for free.
- Any breakage or damage of items will be charged at actuals.
- Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited in the park.
- A wheelchair is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- You are not allowed to carry sharp objects, lighters, luggage bags, alcohol, knives, etc.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult or guardian during the visit.
- Park opening and closing hours are subject to change based on park operations requirements.
- Attraction queues will close 30 minutes before park closing time.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.

▶- If cancellation is made 60 days or more before the date of travel, 10% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made 30 to 60 days before the date of travel, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made 15 to 30 days before the date of travel, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made 7 to 15 days before the date of travel, 75% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made 0 to 7 days before the date of travel, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In cases of unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, union issues, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events, trips or activities may be cancelled. Feasible alternatives will be offered, but cash refunds are not available.
