  • For safety reasons, children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.
  • Entry to the SkyPark Observation Deck is subject to capacity limits, so arriving early is recommended to minimize wait times.
  • All guests and their belongings may undergo security checks upon entry and exit. Luggage is not allowed on the deck but can be checked at the Guest Services Desk in Tower 3.
  • Throwing objects from the deck is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed and may face legal action.
  • Guests must adhere to all rules, including no loitering, outside food, or pets (except service animals). Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal without a ticket refund.
  • The SkyPark Observation Deck Management is not responsible for lost items or injuries. Unlawful items found during security checks will be confiscated, and the individual may be handed over to the police.
  • For the Sampan Ride, pregnant women and visitors under 85 cm in height are not permitted. Entry is subject to availability.
