- Please carry a valid photo ID. Foreign nationals must present their passport as proof of identity.
- Refrain from touching the artworks to protect them from damage.
- Food and drinks, including bottled water, are not allowed in the galleries.
- Animals/Pets are not allowed, except for service dogs (valid proof may be required).
- Specially-abled individuals with one caregiver can enter free of charge (valid proof may be required).
- Talking or speaking on mobile phones is prohibited in the galleries.
- The National Gallery reserves the right to remove anyone displaying violent, abusive, or threatening behavior.
- No flash photography or videography is allowed. Selfie sticks and tripods are not permitted. Still photography (without flash) for non-commercial use is allowed.
- Bags may be inspected for security reasons. Bulky items and large bags should be stored in the lockers at B1.

▶- Cancellations made 1 day or more before the travel date will incur the total booking cost as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 0 to 1 day before the travel date will also incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
- In cases of unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, union issues, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events, trips or activities may be cancelled. Feasible alternatives will be offered, but cash refunds are not available.
