Know Before You Go for Alhambra Tickets
- Ensure you bring a valid photo ID proof, such as a passport copy.
- Disneyland Paris reserves the right to inspect your clothing, bags, and personal belongings before entry. Access may be refused if you refuse to comply with the inspection.
- Large bags, suitcases, and containers exceeding 55cm x 40cm x 25cm are not allowed inside the parks.
- Only assistance dogs, guide dogs, and emotional support animals are permitted. Medical proof may be required for these animals, and they must be on a leash at all times.
- Theft, violence, public disorder, or discriminatory behavior may result in removal from the park without compensation.
- Flash photography and filming with lights are prohibited on attractions and during shows.
- Disneyland Paris can limit, refuse entry, or evacuate visitors for safety reasons, peak attendance, or force majeure.
- Certain attractions require visitors to be in good health, and height restrictions apply to some rides.
- Some attractions use strobe or flashing lights that may affect visitors with photo-sensitivity.
- Any photos or videos taken must be for personal use only; commercial use requires prior written consent from Disneyland Paris.

Disneyland Paris Tickets Cancellation Policy
▶- If the cancellation is made 6 days or more before the travel date, no cancellation fees will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made within 6 days of the travel date, the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- In cases of unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, union issues, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events, trips or activities may be cancelled. Alternate options feasible alternatives will be offered, but cash refunds are not available.
